1. What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

You will need:

• A valid driver’s license

• A passport or government-issued ID

• To be 25 years or older

• A minimum of 3 years driving experience

2. Does the vehicle come with fuel?

Yes. All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.

3. Is delivery and pick-up provided?

Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup from:

• Hewanorra International Airport (UVF)

• George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU)

• Castries Ferry Terminal

4. Do I need an international driver’s license?

No. A valid driver’s license from your home country is acceptable once you meet the age and experience requirements.

5. What happens if my flight is delayed?

No worries. We track your flight and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.

6. Is insurance included?

Yes, full insurance is included. However, damages caused by negligence or loss of keys are not covered.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments (XCD or USD).

8. Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Yes. Additional drivers must:

• Be 25+ years old

• Have at least 3 years driving experience

• Be listed on the rental agreement
